Exercise is one of the most effective ways to improve your mental health. We’ve found that offering counselling and coaching expertise during a fitness work-out, going for a walk or run in nature, learning Martial Arts or doing Sword Work can help break down barriers to seeking help.

Personal Training

A personal trainer/coach works with you one on one to help you better understand your physical health. Your coach will develop a customised exercise program for you while supporting you and teaching you the skills you need to self-manage moving forwards.

$80 per/hr

Mindful Martial Arts

This is an Integrative approach where we combine your choice of either Sword Work, Muay Thai or Self Defense, with mindful qualities such as being present, focused and completely in tune with action in the present moment.

Exclusive tailored physical counselling and mindfulness combined with Martial Arts
Walk and Talk Therapies

Walk & Talk Therapy

An alternative to sitting in a counselling room. It involves walking in nature to ground and gently exercise the body, while discussing and working through issues alongside your counsellor. 

$80 per/hr
